Securely pack the unused items in their original BergHOFF packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
